Im going to migrate our Cisco2811 gateways from H323 to MGCP. The two Gateways have 2 Pri E1 each and are connected to Callmanager4.x (1Pub+1Sub). We have 1Route List with 1Route Group that contain the two Gateways.

Im having an issue with a new CTI-RP.
I have CCM4.0 , IPCC Enterprise 6.0.
I did the following:
- created a new Route Point (with the same config as other existing CTI-RP)
- added a directory number.
- associated the CTI-RP with the JTAPI user.
But it still shows Registration:unknown.

1- For 2811 Gateway(VoIP only) we have a VWIC-2MFT-E1 (2-port RJ-48 multiflex trunk VWIC—E1) Card, is that means that i have the ability to have 2 E1 links? 60 Channels(30 for each ports) or do i need another Card to have 2 E1?

I have 2 VLANs in my Network, one for Data and one for Voice. All PCs(Data) are connected to IP-Phoones(Voice) which in turn are conneected to the Switch. PCs resides on one Subnet and IP-Phones reside on the other.
What i want to know is how i can connect a Laptop to be in the same subnet...
