I think I need to setup an ACDN, but not sure. I have a 2008 with ext. 2161 on it. I want to take 2161 off of that set and forward 2161 to an external trunk. Any ideas how I would set this up?

I am having an issue using call pickup. The 2616 cannot pickup calls from the 2006. The RNPG is the same on both sets. The 2616 can pickup other phones in the RNPG. Is there another setting, like a CLS or something I need to check?

I've got a PRI connecting my Option 61C to a ShoreTel T-1 switch. The ShoreTel switch is set to "Round Robin", primarily for reporting, however the Noretel PRI is not and I can't figure out how to change it. Any ideas?
