    TMDI card did not recover?

    I have a CS-1000s, A PRI went down for a few minutes, then came back up. The TMDI card did not recognize the circuit after it came back up. A technician had to come to re-load the card. Does that make sense? Is something not set right?

    Where are these calls coming from?

    Every day at approx 4:00PM my attendant receives approximatley 30+ calls. After the attendant answers, he here's a "ding" sound. The caller ID indicates 514-000-0002. (office is in Montreal). CS-1000S, 4.5. What steps can I take to troubleshoot?

    Can't Delete CUR record in OTM 2.2

    I'm trying to delete a CUR record in OTM. I receive an error: unable to read field assignment file: specific key value does not exist. Not sure what to do next. Is there an alternative way to do this? The CUR record makes one of my nightly jobs hang.

    OTM 2.2 - Maximum # of system locations?

    Does anyone know if OTM has a maximum # of system locations you can manage with 1 OTM system? At what point does a second OTM system become necessary? The Corp Directory portion seems to become less than reliable with more than 10 locations? Anyone have similar problems?
