Scenario:
Hunt group consists of 2 pnones, IP(x2500) and an Analog(x-2501), when someone calls HG-2505, x2500 and 2501 rings.
They want to be able to control the forwarding from the IP phone, so when they walk away calls go to a Cell Phone. They come back to office(x-2500), take off forwarding...

I have message indication type to “On”
I can see the ext. in System Status change to “On”, just not lighting the lamp
Is there anyway in an HMS400 for Auto Attendant to transfer to an external #? ex.(800#, cell phone of MGR on Duty, etc.)?
From what I am seeing is you can only transfer to the Admin extensions that actually have mailboxes.

The PBX(MT) is asking the status(ST)of Room 1000, PMS(PT) acknowledges and Changes it in PMS, then it asks for status(ST)again of Cleared(CL) and PMS changes it to Cleared, Vacant Ready and this happened all in a span of 1 minute 15:21:28 to 15:22:32.

I have set up and IDC table for a customer and a call comes in(idc-2000 to x-6000) and rings the phone as P6000, but after 4 rings it doesn't go to voicemail, but to operator(default)?
Ex. x-6000 is the extension and it is built in Voicemail.

We have a script that is checking for NPA and then being routed to the correct territory. All calls are being routed to the operator which is the default in the script if the calling # is private or unknown.
So all the calls are going to the operator.

I have a PBX on RLS. 24.24 and the switch went down and everything came back except for the T1. I force download the TMDI card, enable D channel, I get this error:

I keep getting PRI210, PRI232 errors acroos the terminal on 3 out of 5 T's and D Channels. Other 2 T's and D channels running fine. Went to Nortel Web solutions and couldn't really understand what they were talking about? Any suggestions?
