    IDC Calls with "P_ext. # not hitting Voicemail

    I have set up and IDC table for a customer and a call comes in(idc-2000 to x-6000) and rings the phone as P6000, but after 4 rings it doesn't go to voicemail, but to operator(default)?     One way transmission on T1

    I am experiencing one way transmission on our T1 with D channel. The console operator cannot be heard by the caller. The caller can hear the operator.
