    5621SW Turn on Backlight

    4.2 VM Pro Breakout

    I have a problem with breaking out of a voice mail. Dial '0' works but dialing '2' or '3' just causes the greeting to end and goes right to record. Is this a known bug in 4.2?

    5610 not booting after 4.2.11 upgrade

    No Outlook Pop option in Phone Manager Pro

    SIP problem with Netgear router

    I had SIP working fine our system but then switched out the router for a Netgear. Now SIP won't work unless I make the IPO the DMZ. Can I do something with port forwarding rather than opening my IPO up to the world?
