NAM Error Codes
Can anyone tell me what error code 5A and 4C are on a NAM voice mail. System not rebooting. We get these errors when powering up.- kmw40

BCM default Password
Troubleshooting a BCM 3.6. Customer does not have passwords to LAN 1 or LAN 2. We have the correct IP Address for each LAN however the Configuration passwords needs reset so we can access programming.- kmw40

BCM VM Transfer to CCR
Having trouble with a BCM. Two extensions will not allow VM Tranfer to the CCR tree. The remaining 20 extensions all work properly. Each set has two Intercom buttons. When pressing FEATURE 986 then 1# you are automically transferred to the CCR tree. But when doing this from ext 204 and ext...- kmw40

"HELP" Call Pilot 3.0
After programming a mailbox. When I get to class of service and enter "1" it displays reads "cannot continue" whats happening? Teh system is not full? I have several mailboxes available in the system for programming- kmw40
