Slowly flashing leds - no network connection - cable ok?
When a newly made 25m lead is fitted (in place of one that was too short but worked fine)between pc card and belkin hub/switch I get a slow blinking from (0.5Hz(ish) both ends and no connection to network. I've checked for continuity by putting an "dummy" network card at one end of the cable...- bhajee
