    In the process up upgrading from 5.0 to CC7.0 and I know to access CC7 from the web it requires ActiveX on the client PCs but does it still need the SOAP as well?

    TM 3.2 PBX Synchronizations

    I am using TM 3.2 and have been told that you need to do a Retrieve, Reconcile TN, and Reconcile CPND in order to keep the database in synch with the PBX. Should this be done daily or is less frequently (once a week) fine?

    Crystal Reports install for Symposium 5.0

    Can I install Crystal Reports 9 after I already have the SCCS 5.0 client installed on a PC? I can't seem to get the Crystal to connect to the database and was wondering if it needed to be install first.

    TM3 Client Install

    Trying to install the TM3 client and receiving an error. The error occurs early in the client installation, during the ODBC driver installation phase. I get an error stating "Not a Valid Password". It is referring to the smp.mdb file on the Server. Has anyone else experienced this? Any ideas?

    Two questions here...if I change the Application Service Level Threshold from 20 to 30 will this change my historical reporting or only use the 30 going forward? Also, if I had the service level at 20 and the service level threshold for all of the referenced skillsets within that application...

    Scripting LOG command

    Does anyone know where the log file is kept when you use the LOG command within a script to log errors? It says it appears in the Event Browser but does that mean the Event Viewer for the OS or some other Event Browser?

    I am trying to install CallPilot UM Desktop Client on my laptop and I'm getting the error "Setup has detected CallPilot Server software. Nortel CallPilot Desktop Messaging cannot be installed on the CallPilot Server", any ideas? This is my laptop not the server.

    Reassigning Mailbox Classes

    Is there a way to reassign all users to a different Mailbox Class without doing them one at a time? You had this ability in Meridian Mail and I fail to believe that it cannot be done in CallPilot.
