error msg 0x800ccc0e when sending in Outlook
Further to archived thread thread605-867916 . Periodically over the last few months I (and other Outlook users) receive "cannot connect" messages with error number 0x800ccc0e when trying to send via SMTP, despite the same configuration having worked quite happily for many weeks beforehand...- jonnykingston
