OSPC and held calls
I am new to OSPC and I am having some major issues. My issue is when calls come in and I put them on hold, I cannot take any more calls until I drop all of my held calls. For example, I have 4 calls on hold and none that I am currently speaking to. If a new call comes in, it automatically...- enuff2bdangerous

VM Pro used in Hotel?
Has anyone set up a VM Pro in a Hotel environment? I am installing a IPO in a location that has a few rooms that they would like voicemail turned on. I am not sure how to “lock” the mailboxes down. I don’t want them to be able to change greeting, password, etc… The only thing I came up with...- enuff2bdangerous
