I changed the name of an active dn yet when I call the set (T7316) the name is wrong. Do I need to change it somewhere else?
Also, how can I check where a set is forwarded. I have a user that complains they receive someone elses calls at times.

I have a DBS 96 port system that music plays fine as
BGM but will not work for MOH. I am their phone vendor on
another product so I know very little about the DBS.
MOH is going into a SSC (or SCC card can't remember).
This card (according to my contact)has just been replaced and still no MOH. Help!
