Upgraded to 4.1(9)IPO and VM PRO and not receiving voice mails. The caller hears the greeting, leaves a message but the user does not have any messages in their mailbox. The greetings are also cutoff.
This is for ALL extensions. Anyone having a similar experience??
Remote user with PC soft phone can make calls to other extensions and PSTN no problem. User can not answer calls. The call presents itself in the users call screen but clicking on the call or on the "answer" button will not work.

upgraded to 4.0.7 and do not see the the hunt group name that the incoming call is ringing for anymore.
used to display 15555551212>Main or similar. Now it just displays the CID info.
This is true for TELCO and VoIP calls.

8 Channels in line group 1
I can route DID's using incoming line group ID 0 but not when using incoming line group ID 1.

Receiving static on CO calls on several ports that seems to travel from line to line. I do not hear any static with the test set on the carriers block.
Swapped out the Analog Trunk 16 module and cables but static remains.
Anyone else seen this?
I have an SCN 7 sites. 1 of the sites has a PRI that is down. I need to route the outbound calls through another site over the SCN. Changing the dial 9 shortcodes to the IP line number does not do it. Any ideas?
Trying to find a way to extend the ringing for the 2nd and 3rd incoming calls while you are on a call. Currently if you are on a call and a 2nd call rings in, you would only hear a single short ring. Some people have a hard time hearing the single ring and call ends up in voice mail.
I have a Multi-Site SCN: Site A, B, C, D, E. Site A is the host and has the centralized VM PRO. Site B, C, D, and E can communicate with Site A with out any issues. Site B, C, D, E can call each other, but there is no Audio.
