Cannot Upgrade 9504 Telephones
IP Office 500 V2 with 9.1.12 9504 phones will not upgrade even though 9500R60.bin is available. (9508 phones did upgrade to R60) I did try using Memory Card and Computer settings. I did see this in the Monitor: 15:19:52 13517447mS PRN: Terminal Selftest failed I have never seen it before...- Billxx

2410 Telephone Question
Has anyone seen this before. IP Office 500v2 Standard Mode 9.0.3 Using a 2410 telephone, pressing the Self Test button results in the LCD showing "EEROM ERROR". The phone works OK, just that error.- Billxx
