Has anyone else experienced time on AVYA systems being almost 2 minutes off? We are on 6.3 and all server get NTP from our core switch, which in turn gets time from our Windows DC. The time on the core switch and widows DC is correct.
We have just upgraded to MM5 form Audix LX.
We used to have a nested Auto-Attendant that would send the call directly to the persons mailbox.
I can get a caller app to dial the persons extension, but it doesn't go directly into their mailbox, the desired outcome.
Any help would be appreciated.

I did AT-X to erase due to no one had the password.

did not reset password to default.
Any ideas of where to go from here? I'm new to working w/ IP...
We are using attendant vectoring and have 3 consoles. I have reports of the following. Is this normal call flow or is it a problem?
Scenario:
Console #2 receptionist is talking to her supervisor, while speaking with her the supervisor could hear her station beeping, indicating an incoming call...
