SV8100 handset pickup behavior question
Hello, I am not an engineer well versed on the NEC system. The only system I have used prior this was Shoretel and it seemed much simpler. My problem is our main number rings in on 3 phones here, and whoever is available picks it up. On Shoretel this is called a hunt group. Not sure if its the...- sinnedam

dont know if this is the right spot but...
anybody know of any demo software that I can use to give me a layout of a network? I just got a new job, and no one here knows the layout of the network, and id just like to have something I can look at..visio style or something.
