I have the follwing problem with a BCM 3.7: after we change the PRI cards and some reboots (to demonstrate telephony provider that the BCM400 3.7 don”t have problem and problem with PRI is from them) we lose access to Call Pilot. All the calls goto CallPilot (Autoatendant) but nothing happen...
Is necessary to solve following problem: to transfer from Auto Atendant to an extension, if don't answer goto another extension, after that (if don't answer) return to first extension and after that caller we receive an message (info) like "Sorry, try again" and disconnect.
