    Maxtor 200GB Internal and External Enclosure

    Hey, I recently got a maxtor hdd and a compusa external enclosure...hooked it allup.. found new hardware. I saw in device manager that a yellow exclamation was over USB Mass Storage Device, ok... Says "The device cannot start" Code 10... what isgoing on> I am positive I have everything hooked...
