Can anyone please help, we have noticed that when a user makes a call using a headset the call can still be heard from the handset ear piece even though the handset is in the cradle, is this normal?

Hello, I'm having an odd problem on Callmanager v6.1 and wonder if anyone can help. If a call is forwarded (BRNA) to a second extension and this call is not answered, instead of the call dropping back to the voicemail box of the original extension it just continues to ring on the second number...
