    Error in Alex

    I cannot start Alex anymore. It shows me COM ERROR (ADVISE). I did have Ws-ftp explorer installed...but not any longer...what can the problem be ? I heard it might have something to do with the ftp application?

    DTMF not being recognized

    I've placed on a TL11 4 Thuraya lines so that they are accessible through the PBX. Incoming route is working without problems. However, outgoing route - I'm able to receive the tone the Thuraya lines generate, but I cannot dial anything, as it does not recognize/acknowledge any of the digits...
