When I do a "disp sys cust", I can see that my IP_agent licenses are all consumed.
Is there a command somewhere that will show me who is logged in as an agent? Even getting the extension would be helpful

We've just added an additional line to our system that staff would like to have ring in to a single-line, analog cordless (217).
How do I tell the system to have line 4 ring to that number? For the life of me I cannot get it to work.

I attempted last night to convert our exisitng T1 from e&m tie to PRI. D-channel came right up, but my trunks would not, they stayed in OOS-Pins-FE on both ends.
Regardless, to do this, I had to remove the existing trunk groups(voice TG and data TG) to install my new PRI trunk...
I have 2 phones in a hunt group, with a queue that goes to my Announcement Board.
If there is only one person staffing the group that day, is there a button I can program to log them out, or busy the station so that if the single person on is on a call, the next call will go to the queue...

Switch is a G3V11 CMC
I have house pairs between 2 G3's (1 an r9.5, the other r10). Can I use 2 pairs of this and "simulate" a T1 or PRI? I've done this with a Magix before, but not Definity. I have TN464F's with 120A3's in both switches.
And if so, can some one give me a complete idiot's guide to how to make it...
I maintain a g3 R9.5, and since we installed our Inutuity LX (With no AA) we have to busy out and release a large number of our CO trunks about once weekly.
I can't seem to wrap my head around what may cause this locking, any thoughts out there?
