I just recently formatted a brand new dell optiplex 755. I install Office XP fine but when i go to office.microsoft.com to retrieve the updates i get this following error. I've searched google and wasn't able to find anything.
Hi, one of my co-workers is using a Citrix connection to Outlook and none of her new emails are coming up. When we use internet explorer for the web access all the emails are there. All the settings on her outlook looks right. Anything i need to look at?

There is an employee thats having troubles opening links in their Citrix apps. Both Outlook and eEnterprise (Great Plains). When you click the link nothing happens. I updated her to the newer Citrix Program Neighboorhood...but still no go. Any help will be great! Thanks!
I'm running exchange 2003, and was wondering how i can bring up other workers email. The only way i thought was to just reset their password in active directory and then login to their computer, but isnt all the email saved on the server? thanks for the help!

I downloaded SP2 for 2003 Server and ran the update.exe. Everything seemed to install right. When i right click my computer -> Properties it still says SP1. I thought i just installed SP2?! did i miss something here?

My company needs a program like WinFax (http://www.symantec.com/home_homeoffice/products/remote_pc_fax/wfp10/index.html) thats compatible with Great Plains (eEnterprise) The person that was here before me already that WinFax isnt compatible with it. Any help?
