    Unable to access mailbox - No Last Name

    Does anybody know how can I access a mailbox that has no Last name? We're running Callpilot 2.01l and we have 3 mailboxes from when we upgraded from MMail that don't have last names and now there's no way to acces them. This hadn't been an issue, until today, now I have to add fax capability...

    Desktop TAPI software for Windows XP

    Does anybody know if Nortel ever released TAPI software for their CTIA devices for Windows XP? I have the latest release for it (2.1.0.8) but it won't run on XP. It runs just fine on a 2000 machine.
