    Hi I am trying to add key expansion module to a 1140e on a bcm 400. It seems to connect to the 1140e but I am unable to use any of the keys. Is there something I need to do to make the KEM work or should the bcm automatically recognise the module?

    Hi I have a PA who answers calls for the MD. Can anyone tell me how she would allow a caller to leave a message for him in his mailbox. Have tried just transfering the call to mail with no joy.

    Multiple appearance DN

    Hi I have the same DN on a digital TN and a analogue TN. When the analogue phone is answered all works as it should and the digital phone stops ringing. But if the call is answered on the digital set the analogue continues to ring. Does anyone have any idea's as to what could be causing this?
