    question with hopefully an easy answer...

    When a shortcut is moved from lets say the start menu to the desktop by dragging it over, is there any kind of registry change? I'm pretty sure there is not, just a change to the target, but a shortcut that worked before isn't working now after being moved...any ideas?

    one of our users contracted this virus on a Win2k machine. We've researched the virus but only found support for ME and XP machines. Has anybody encountered this virus on any platform and what steps did you take to remove it? thanks in advance! :)

    Running Diskkeeper on exchange 2003 server

    Should diskkeeper be run on an exchange 2003 server? not talking about running in real time here but possibly just a scheduled defrag time for instance on a weekend. What are the outcomes/consequences for doing this, or should it even be an option?
