Anybody can suggest a 3rd party call accounting and real-time agent status monitor for the asterisk switchvox and your thoughts of its features.
I've used Chronicall in the past but it's not supported on Asterisk.
Appreciate the suggestion.

We are adding new IP500 on firmware 9.0 to our new offices. We have total 12 offices on SCN with mixed of 8.0 and 8.1
Has anyone ran into issue over the SCN with 8.0, 8.1 and 9.0? Is this still supported?
We don't really want to upgrade all of the sites to 9.0 cause of "dollars" :)...

When callers call into our conference bridge it knocks out the system and causing it to reboot. It was stable for couple of months after upgrading it to R6 to R8.

IP500 r6 system monitor showing wrong date 2/8/10 feb.2,2010 instead of 8/2/10 aug.2,2010. VM server has the correct date 8/2/10 as it shows on the phones.
This is messing up our call accounting as it is picking up the wrong date :(

We have 5 sites on SCN and one of the site is intermittently disconnecting, usually twice a week. Below is the trace from the site that's disconnecting...traced h323 and line 130. Thanks all.
All 5 sites are IP500 R6

We have 4 sites all IP500 6.0.8(mix v1 and v2). VM Pro on main site and embedded on 3 sites. We have the H323 Line set to IP Office SCN (Supplementary Services). All sites can call each others except it does not pick voicemail if no one answers...it just drops the call.
When we changed all...
We want to connect 2 offices together so we can call between offices. VPN connection already in place at both locations. We would like to upgrade site B to R6 but new licensing is a bit confusing. Please shed some light on the licenses/hardware needed for site B. Thanks all.
