1 LOGGER 2 CLS's
Is it possible to have 2 CLS's connected to 1 digital logger V8.8.
Cls's will be as follows:CLS1 ver 8.8 ericsson md110 switch driver(applink). CLS2 ver 8.9 ericsson md110 switch driver Genesys.
Recording channels are spread amongst logger some will be genesys others normal...

Recording is extension side
Extns are ACD phones with multiple additional numbers(ADN) 5 in total on them.
Unable to locate calls using CLS search although am able to via Inserter query.
Suspect that the ADN numbers are not featured in CLS...
Finally managed to cross the t's dot the I's and get on the course. Any ideas of what I can expect. already had the email with the CBT stuff and it looks like I wont be seeing daylight much.
Ok last question honest. Just started rolling out the package to users and decided to set up a User group. Now the problem I am encountering is that not all the agents calls are being shown in the Agents screen. They are being shown in the Channels screen but not in the Agents, Now Ive checked...
Just about to look into contracts, any views on either companies Nice or Business systems. Not sure of pit falls, only than some of the quotes received are up their with the satelittes. Units are London based
I have in my possesion from our old system a Time Code Distribution panel. Any ideas on how to fit it, I have checked the manual and havent seen anything.

We have 2 loggers currently presenting us with 240 channels, unfortunately some 50 of them are showing LOS/NOS which I am unable to change. I have checked the phones and cabling with known good channels successfully. Is there any other tests I can do or actions I can take.
