I am porting a main number do our DID range on a CS1000E. My dialing out is 9 and the main number being ported is 9111. How do I manipulate it to come into another DID number?
Whenever I try to out the TN in LD 11, I get the error message
"SCH6224 - ANOTHER USER IS ALREADY ACCESSING THAT TN"
How do I correct that? I am the only one accessing it.
We just installed a branch office. If someone at the branch office dials zero to get their operator (they are extn 5700) they go to the main office instead. Does anyone know how to set the atdt to ring at their office instead of the main office?

I have 3904 host phones, 3904 regular phones and 3904 virtual phones. If a Virtual phone user is not logged in to a host phone, will an appearance of their extension still show if it is programmed on a key of a 3904 regular phone, or will it just go to voicemail?
