I have a CO line that is ringing on a line key on our secretary phone. Her number is 5000 and she is the control set for that CO line. When she forwards her phone, it will forward 5000 but it will not forward the CO line that rings at her phone on the other key. Any ideas?
How do you change the DN (PLDN) of a hunt group (GHT)? We are doing a CHG GHT and it doesn't ever prompt us for the PLDN. We are obviously missing something obvious.
