I am trying to get a phone list that I can import to a csv spread sheet I am on 6.0 cucm and cdr is not loaded, I tried using "generating Reports for Phones" Using Bulk administration/phones/generating phone reports / path but the reports are empty.... any help would be appreciated

It happens about every week where I get complaints that " I can't answer the call" they go off hook or hit the answerkey and the call stays ringing on the display..
at that time there is slow dialtone ie lift handset or hit speaker key and you get nothing until about 4 sec you get a dialtone...
