Our IP office Manager application present itself in Dutch, because our Windows is in Dutch.

We tried to load the service update 2, but failed.
In both cases the update stalls at the first reboot (BCM 3.7 GA without any patches). After a two hours an extra reboot or starting te update again didn't help.
