Is it possible to have the AA pickup and a user hits '3' for example and that would transfer to ring 2 extensions at once. If no one picks up it would then go to a specific user mailbox. Is this possible with an ACS and Mail VS system?

We just got 12 new phone lines from Comcast cable. The lines show up but they all state they are 'out of service'. I tried setting them to Loop Start or Ground start and rebooted but they still show as out of service. The lines give dial tone. Anything else i can try?

Is it possible to restrict a user from having access to certain lines? Also when i try to remove a user form a calling group/hunt group it wont let me. It states that the user has to be logged out and idle. I have tried unplugging their phone but that does not work either.

When one of our extensions tries to transfer a call she gets an "All lines busy" message. All lines are not busy, and why would the phone lines effect the ability to trasnfer a call internally?

Is it possilbe to create an extension using the partner ACS 7 that forwards to a cell phone, or create a submenu in our Messaging AA that will forward to a cell phone. I do not have a remote access card just a 4 port VM card and 5 lines.
How can i change an extension so that when someone picks up the phone; A: it pickps up a line not the internal intercom and B: they pickup the last phone line(so if they have 6 phone lines it will pickup line 6)

How far away can an Avaya Partner extension be. If the phone system is on the 7th floor and the new extension is on the 1st floor. This will end up being a few hundred feet. What is the limit?
