    Call Pilot doesn't state user is on the phone

    I have CallPilot 5.00.41 and CS1000 6.0. I have problem that when a user is on the phone and receives a second phone call while on another, the instead of saying " blah blah is on the phone" it prompts as if they weren't on the phone with the standard response.
