I have one user who is unable to accept some of his appointments. It is very random, not all of the appointments. I initially thought the appointments were ones that were changed or updated, but that is not the case. Any ideas?

Every few months I run into an issue with my DNS server at one of our international offices. It will not resolve the names of another one of our offices (setup as a forward lookup zone). We lose connection to it and if I restart the DNS Server service, all clear.
Has anyone experienced this...
We currently have a trunk set up so that an internal user dials an ACOD and can listen to the tv on the trading desk. How can I set it up so that the trunk can be dialed into from the outside...essentially, I want to give it a DID but still keep the ACOD for the internal users
I have a user who has key 0 & 1 populated with his ext. He has key 2 & 3 populated with someone else's ext. How do I make it so that he can see the call id for key 2&3 without having to press the DSP key first?
I'm trying to get Remote Notification working for one of our CallPilot systems. It works on one of our CP systems but I did not set it up.
I'm sure I'm missing something because I can't get it to work but I've enabled Remote Text Notification, set up the exchange server under External Mail...

I am trying to complete setup of a RightFax server using Robbed Bit protocol. Everytime I try to send a fax the number goes to a fast busy (it's an internal DID but we are dialing as though it is outside) The line locks up and the only way to release it is to reseat the T1 card. Any ideas?

Is there anyway to integrate the CallPilot messaging with Outlook? We're looking for a way to maybe move faxes automatically to a users outlook inbox---basically just looking to make this process seamless. Want BlackBerry users to be alerted via bb when they a fax or voicemail
I changed the fax cover sheet to our company template but CallPilot keeps appending a cover sheet before that cover sheet. How do I remove the initial cover sheet?
