    Phone Ringer on a 012 T-R board won't work

    We set up a seperate line for a ringer and for some reason it will no longer ring. I tried a cheap test phone on several of the ports on the 012 board and none will ring the phone.     Parking Calls - Stop working for a brief time then starts again

    Every few weeks I get a call from the attendent that she cannot park calls. I went to the main console and tried it myself. I come back in a day and I don't hear any complaints becuase it began to work again. What could be causing this Intermittent problem?
