How do I reset an M7324 (or M7310)?
Is there a way to erase all of the programming on the set itself, and restore it to 'factory defaults'? I assume that there is a factory default configuration - Line1 would appear on a specific button, and so on. I am not talking about resetting the KSU itself; I know how to do that.- CentennialMan

Firmware Downgrade for 4600 IP Phones?
Is there a procedure to apply a previous firmware/software load to the 46xx series of IP phones? (specifically 4602SW). The upgrade procedure is an interesting one for students, but once the phone is upgraded, unless it can be rolled back, it can't be done again. Can't have an unlimited supply...- CentennialMan
