For some reason accepted Meeting requests showing as tentative and accepted. Is there anyway to turn off the automatic tenative function in Outlook 2003?

I have a question. when I export email to a .pst the from fields have things like "John Doe" in them rather than
jdoe@anysite.com. is there a way to get them to have the email address? If not is there a way to dump out the mapping separately?

I have had 2 users mention to me that when they open some email messages the text appears for a second and then disappears, the only thing viewable then is the header info. This anomaly does not occur with every email, only a few do. Does anyone know what is causing this to occur?
