Definity Audix Message Lamp Problem
We replaced a Definity Audix R3.2 recently and now message lamps are not lit or extinguished in a timely manner. The LED doesn't light up right away when a message is left and the LED is not turned off after the user retrieves all the messages. Audix is generating the following error message...- stanpci

Long Faxes Cutting Off
Customer is a law firm that routinely receives long faxes (i.e. 20 or more pages).
