This problem was caused by a power outage. I was using the laptop with the AC power plugged in because the battery is shot.
It would boot up and briefly display the XP login screen, then restart. I tried to reinstall windows. It begins the install (loads some files) and gets to the point were...
In most auto attendants on the main menu we will have a 2?? option for "If you know your parties extension..." leading to an assisted transfer using the $KEY variable. This works fine if the caller dials a valid extension, but if they dial a 2xx extension that is not on the system the call is...
We have someone on a PRI that is having an issue navigating auto attendants when calling certain numbers. Their line is presented to the ip office as a PRI but somewhere along the line it's actually converted to VOIP.
The majority of calls work fine, but when calling certain numbers they can't...
Hi,
The system is a 406v2 and the trunks are connected to an ATM 16. The problem happens when a conference call is made (two external parties and one internal) the lines will not clear. We have to reboot or unplug the line to make the calls clear. This happens only when the two lines have...

Anyone know if this...
This phone is listed in the 3.0 docs, but not 3.1 and its no longer sold by Avaya. Apparently it does not use PoE and instead uses an external power supply.
Does anyone know what voltage and amps the power supply should be???
Hi,
Is there any way to prevent users from forwarding a voicemail message to a specific extn?
The problem is that some users don't use (and don't want) voicemail. Voicemail is disabled on their phone, but other users can still forward a message to thier mailbox.
Thanks
