    I have a opt 11 and it has 4 trunk cards in it all ready.I am to add PRI - T-1 to it can i add the card to the system hot,and will it let me build the routes and all thats is needed to my this work.. Not sure what to do our were to start. Thanks for the info. cindy

    password help

    I have a BCM 400 customer some how has it locked up.I can get to were you must put in your password ,and it willnot take the admin pass word it is locked up.. Is there a way to get in and reset it.. to default,,EE_ admin. thanks cindy

    I have a BCM and the admin left, I was able to get in the the BCM and i wasnt able to get in the call pilot password wasnt found.Iadded a mail box throught the manager.Cn some one help me get it back to default password thanks cindy
