    Flash Backup

    I have a customer with S8500 CM5. We are doing weekly backups to flash and I have selected save 9 data sets of data. The problem is it is only saving the last 4. This is a fairly small system so I can't imagine that the card is full. Anybody know what I have done wrong? Thanks PG

    4610 Reset on Fax

    I have a customer with a S8300/G700 CM1 (R011x3.1.531). If they inadvertantly dial a fax machine the phone resets. Now they also report the phone reseting if they dial 918. The phones are 4610s with 2.0 firmware. Anybody seen this or know how to fix it? Phillip
