I have an Octel Aria Overture 250 that I have decommissioned. I would like to format the hard drive so as to wipe all of our information from off of the machine. Does anyone have a procedure to do what I am asking. Thanks in advance.

I am looking for a way to do traffic studies on the BCM 200/400. On the big switches, you use the traffic loads that run hourly and then process them through a software program to give you BHT and peg count, etc. Anyone using such a product or been trying to do so.

I have a situation. Outbound call center has a dialer connected directly to LEC via 9 T1's. Agents log into a queue that presents the calls to them once answered by the far end. Until now, I have been getting complaints that the agents are on the call and the call drops from the dialer queue...
I have some Telecorp Q watch boxes and I have a need to watch CDN's instead of ACD queues. Does anybody use these units and have any idea of how to program these for CDN's.
