Unity 8, users press messages button on their phone and can retrieve messages without entering a PIN, how do I force them to input their pin to get their messages?

Does anyone know how the \+ characters work in the CUCM 8.0(2) dial plan, I've seen it applied in a route pattern but not sure what it means. Think its related to international dialling?

We upgraded from CCM4.1(3) to CUCM 7.1.3 last year, fastdials are still available on end user phones by selecting the softkey, but when they login to ccmuser page to amend them they are not viewable.
I think this may be related to changes in the directory/database config between CCM versions...

I want to setup a translation on CCM4.1 so that all calls from pstn to ext 12345 get sent to 54321, any ideas how to do this, voice gateway is mgcp.

Does anyone have any idea how I can prepend 9 to all fast dials? Customer has migrated from CCM4.x to CCM6.1 and the fastdials don't work any more as the 9 is not being added (in version 4 fast dials was a IP phone service and the Predial field added the 9)

Can anyone advise where the timestamp on CDR records comes from, I have correct time on CCM Publisher Windows server but timestamp on CDR reports is 1 hour behind, and for Holland 2 hours behind (Holland is in a date time group of GMT+1 hour)
