    Unity PIN to access messages from phone

    Hi, Unity 8, users press messages button on their phone and can retrieve messages without entering a PIN, how do I force them to input their pin to get their messages? Thanks

    CCM4.1 user fastdials not accessible with CUCM7.1.3

    We upgraded from CCM4.1(3) to CUCM 7.1.3 last year, fastdials are still available on end user phones by selecting the softkey, but when they login to ccmuser page to amend them they are not viewable. I think this may be related to changes in the directory/database config between CCM versions...

    Application Dial Rule to prepend 9 to fast dials
