The default is set to 2047. I just changed it, but is this number the amount of calls threshold or a amount of time? It's not clear in the NTP. I am assuming it's a number of calls threshold rather than a timer?
Does anyone know what this limitation is? I may be adding a custom music on hold device that will be moving away from our current Broadcast RAN design and today we have 10 Broadcast RAN's which right now is a problem. But there is a limitation to each network group right?
Would anyone have an idea of what a Norstar would sell for that has one expansion trunk module 12x0 and the main unit with T-1 release 1 software or even a new release? I may have to sell about 10 of these system on EBAY or something.
I have a old MIRAN card with 4 ports in my Opt. 81C. We have 20 Broadcast RAN's in the switch to go with the MIRAN. We are having problems with people getting ring no answers I believe because there are not enough RAN for the traffic volume. If I have assigned 7 CONN to the trunk for let's say...
Anyone see any problems with rebooting remotely using this version of software? So far I have had to rest it twice and couldn't get access remotely. I had to go to site a manually reboot it.
We were having a problem with printing a report by schedule date and the Adhoc 4-6 weeks later. The data was not matching up, the printed by schedule report would show total DN call 1,800 and the Adhoc 4 -6 weeks later would show maybe 1,650. My vendor thinks they figured out what may be the...
Our Supervisor here wants to know if there is a way to use a lunch break as an acitvity code rather than having them log out. But the problem is that is skews the reports? Any suggestions as to how best to track a lunch break other than loggin out?
I see at Global Knowledger there are two different classes for Symposium. I have both Symposium 5.0 and Symspoium Web 4.5. I haven't taking any classes for either yet but was wondering if we're using the web client, should I take that class or Symposium 5.0 class? If I had to choose one which...
I get confused with ACD Log-In ID and the position ID? On a M2616 if a key shows ACD 8358 0 201<--- Is 201 the position ID? And if so how do I find what's available so that I can program a new position ID and a new log in ID?
Is this fairly simple to set up once it's configured already for a site? I need to attempt to learn this and possibly implement one myself instead of the vendor. I need to bring up two sites between a Succession 4.0 (Opt. 81C) and two BCM 400's and then soon some BCM 50's.
Has anyone go the pre-installed client home access page to work for dial up? I keep getting a X in the upper right hand corner of the page when it opens? I've donwloaded the client from the BCM (unified manager) but it still doens't work? I am using Windows XP and I do have Java installed.
Does anyone have detailed notes on how to build a new T-1? I now bits and pieces but need some help. I know the D channel has to built and the trunk memebers also. I have an exisiting T-1 that I need to out, then rebuild with a new T-1 type NI2 in to an exisiting route (54) and add to exisiting...
I have 3.6 software and am having a weird problem with IE access to a lot of web sites? My network engineer can place a Cisco router on the WAN connection (PTP T-1) and get out to the internet with no problems, but when we put the BCM back on there are a lot od web sites that we are getting...
The column that says "break time" how is that tracked? Is the a break key? or is that the time between calls that is set before the next is brought to the agent?
How can I track utilization on my 24 H.323 trunks? I have CDR and also OTM but since I don't fully understand how this is set up through my signaling server and PBX I'm not sure how I can track calls or usage. Are they programmed as a route?
Does anyone have any suggestion as to how I can mount the new power supplies neatly with the BCM 50? They have a seperate power supply for each module, I will probably be installing three of them at many sites.
I have a department that has two reports they are exporting to a file on the web server. When they use to use the Symposium 5.0 to do this it seemed to work fine. But with the sysmposium web client it seems that when you export to a file using the excel format the amount of columns went from...
I have a MICS T-1 RLS 1 0X32 what do I need in regards to adding a DID card to this? And if I want analog port I guess I also need an analog trunk card? I already have 4 DS cards.
