    Exchange 2k3 and arc serve error

    I have a 2k3 server, sp1 (workgroup) that Brightstore Arcserve backup 11.1 is on, trying to backup an Exchange 2k3 sp2 on Win 2k3 sp1. It was working until I hid the admin (including the backup) accounts from the GAL. Another tech (impatient type)then ripped out the agents and reinstalled them...

    BStor 11.1-Exchange 2003 transaction logs not deleting

    I get sucessful backups of the Exchange IS but the transaction logs don't delete. I'm new to BStor. What am I missing? Exchange 2003 ESM database tab says "This type of backup has never been performed."
