5Si Mopier Duplexer Problems Jams DC Controller

HP LJ 5SI Mopier randomizes Mailbox pages
A customer of mine has an HP LJ 5Si Mopier, an 8-bin mailbox, and a 2000 sheet tray setup in the usual way. The Mopier is 1996 12/20 firmware, the drivers are PCL 5e, the jobs don't end up just going a a random bin, but rather random pages will go to random bins (breaks jobs so that 5 pages end...- DrewHendCartCare

Does anyone out there have some service notes on HP laserjet 4100 fusers?
