    Footnotes CS / CS2

    How does InDesign CS2 handle footnotes created (manually, of course) in InDesign CS? Does CS2 recognize them as footnotes or do I need to go in and designate each one as a footnote? Thanks.

    Accept Replacement of Missing Font

    I would like to accept some of the (pink-highlighted) default substitutions InDesign has made for missing fonts in my document. How do I determine what the substitute font is (selecting it shows just the intended-but-missing font) or indicate acceptance of that font? Thanks.

    Quark => Indesign Equation Conversion Problem

    When I converted fancy equations from Quark to InDesign they turned into a single space. Has anyone resolved this? Could this be because the font is missing and the substitute font doesn't know how to make ratios? Thanks.
