How can I add a 1 to long distance calls when dialing from my history log on a 9608 telephone?

Is there a way to do call pickup on out side calls only. I'm using T-1 PRI for phone lines. The problems is when the use the group pickup button it picks up internal calls.

DID calls are not going to extensions mailbox but is going to general mailbox. How do I change this so DID calls are going to the extensions mail box instead of general mailbox. This system is a MIC 5.0 with a NAM 4.0 voice mail.

This a merlin magix 3.0. I have a calling group setup with a delayed annoucement device, plays ever 60 seconds,auto login and a queque of 10. I've changed time intervals on the delay annoucement device and still no MOH inbetween the annoucement intravels. Not sure what i'm missing.
