I know I can do list meas trunk hourly and get the past 24 hours of detailed info, but is there anyway to get that same data for a historic period like last month?
This may seem like a wierd question, but what all is needed to make a working voice over IP system from an Option-81.

I have one IPE shelf on one of my switches that 5 analog line cards went bad over the weekend. I tried disabling and enabling the cards, even reseated and they did not work. I put a new card in and that corrected the problem for the subscribers.

I have a buffer box that has stopped collecting calls so I want to verify that CDR is coming out of the TTY that has been plugged in to it. I have verified that CDR is turned on on all the routes. I have verified that CDR_DATA has port 4 set, and verified that tty4 is set for cty.

Was trying to out a phone and found that it was in a group hunt list. I tried all types of combinations of entry number and x and xx at teh stor prompt and nothing removed it. Finally changed the number in the list, but now I have a non-DID crazy number in the list.

I have a small ACD group, 5 agents on analog sets, and they say that all the calls go to one agent even if the others are logged in. Is there a hunt type for the ACD group? What else could be causing this? I'm pretty new to the Meridian switches, this is an Option-81 with Suc 3.0.

I am trying to set up a thru dial application that will allow people to dial local numbers and toll-free numbers by pressing 1 or 2. I can't get them to work. I have the restriction permission lists set up with 99NXX and NXX for all local numbers (we use 99 to dial out) I am getting messages...
I have a trouble where I am dropping calls only from off-site and exactly 3 minutes after the setup message. I have an Option 81c/3.0 and am connected to a GTD5. Below are a couple examples. Is this a telco trouble or could it be a timer on my side?
