    Call logging

    Can anyone tell me if there is a logging feature on the BCM that can tell you how long a user has spent on a specific call. I am not too familiar with this system and I can't seem to find anything within the management console that would have those stats. Thanks in advance.

    I just changed the time on my option 11 system using the below command.     3904 message waiting lamp stays on.

    I have a 3904 that has the message lamp stuck on. I tried a disu and enlu on it and also a manual unplug but the lamp presists. is there another way (on option 11) to turn the light off, there are no messages in the users voicemail.
