Failed to create an empty document
Something happened over the weekend that is preventing me from accessing Arcserve. I'm running 11.1 build 3060. Everytime i try and open it up a screen pops up saying "Failed to create an empty document". I've never seen this before and I'm having trouble finding any info about this issue...- dougmis

Updates not showing up
Microsoft came out with 7 new windows updates and 2 new office updates early last week. My windows scanner and office scanner are set to run daily but the new updates aren't showing up in softare updates. I've manually re-run the windows and office scanner advertisements to no avail.
